Folie/Culture launched Beaucoup de bruit pour voir encore, encore, an evening of sounds and images inspired by the theme, Through and Through the Shop Window. The event doubled as a housewarming for Folie/Culture’s new office!
− Screening of the 2014 Folie/Culture One-Minute Videos by Yves Martin Allard (Montreal), José Breton (Quebec City), Annie Brunette (Montreal), the DANS TA FACE/ In Your Face collective (Quebec City), Marie-Claude Gendron (Montreal), Moïa Jobin-Paré (Quebec City), Frédéric Laflamme (Montreal), Nathalie Leblanc (Quebec City), MADE (Massy, France) and Kathleen Reichelt (Lansdowne, Ontario), inspired by the theme: Through and Through the Shop Window.
− Screening of the animated video: Un voyage en mer by Ricardo Savard, created from experiments conducted during the Introduction to Video Animation Workshop in February 2014.
− Presentation of audio art by Jean-François Brochu, Érick d’Orion, Yves Drouin and Denis Godin, Moïa Jobin-Paré, produced during the Audio Art Creation Workshop in fall 2014.
And, of course, a housewarming for Folie/Culture’s new space!
